Suite Principles
These principles shape every decision in the suite — from database design to the label on a button.
Victim services workers don't use generic CRM language. AIDARO uses the terms that practitioners actually use — incidents, referrals, contacts, safety plans — because the right words reduce training time and cognitive load.
Client information, volunteer records, and user accounts exist once across the entire AIDARO suite. HUB, LOBBY, and CALENDAR share the same database. There's no synchronization, no reconciliation, no duplication.
The data held in victim services systems is among the most sensitive in any sector. Role-based access, MFA, session management, and audit trails are not optional features — they are the baseline.
MCCSS statistical reporting, VQRP claim management, and volunteer hours tracking are core suite features — not exports built after the fact. The reporting structure reflects what organizations are actually required to produce.
Not every organization uses Project Lifesaver. Not every organization does Family Court Support. AIDARO's module system means organizations see only what's relevant to them — and what they see is fully featured, not a stub.
The features in AIDARO come from the workflows of real victim services organizations. The NICHE importer, the VQRP crosscheck tab, the High Risk flag — these exist because people doing the work asked for them.
AIDARO Suite is designed, built, and maintained by a Canadian organization in Ontario. The regulatory context, the funding programs, the reporting requirements, and the operational realities of victim services in this province are not abstractions — they are the environment the suite was built inside of.
